QuickBooks Online disconnected

QuickBooks access can be disconnected and revoked from BANKTRUST.

This page explains what happens when a user disconnects QuickBooks Online from BANKTRUST and how to reconnect later.

Access is revoked

Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes BANKTRUST access to the connected QuickBooks Online company.

Tokens are invalidated

BANKTRUST can no longer use the previous QuickBooks authorization after the connection is disconnected.

Users can reconnect

To reconnect, sign in to BANKTRUST, open the accounting area, and connect QuickBooks Online again.

How to reconnect QuickBooks Online

  1. Log in to BANKTRUST.
  2. Open the accounting or QuickBooks connection area.
  3. Select Connect to QuickBooks.
  4. Authorize the QuickBooks Online company through Intuit.
  5. Return to BANKTRUST and map the QuickBooks accounts used for posting.
