π§Ύ What BANKTRUST is
BANKTRUST is software that helps bookkeeping and accounting workflows by processing bank statement data and generating structured outputs. BANKTRUST is not a bank, financial institution, accounting firm, or legal advisor.
β Who may use it
- You must use BANKTRUST lawfully and only for legitimate business or professional purposes.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
π Your data
- You retain ownership of the data and files you submit to BANKTRUST.
- You give BANKTRUST permission to host, process, and transform that data only as needed to operate the service.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and process any files or data you submit.
π Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, probe, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use BANKTRUST to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to bypass account, usage, or access restrictions.
π Outputs and accuracy
- BANKTRUST aims to produce reliable outputs, but you are responsible for reviewing exported or processed results before relying on them operationally, financially, or legally.
- BANKTRUST does not guarantee that every statement or file will parse perfectly in every case.
- You should maintain your own internal review controls where appropriate.
π³ Billing and paid features
Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. Pricing, billing terms, renewals, and cancellation rules will be presented clearly before any payment is collected.
π Service availability
- BANKTRUST may evolve over time and features may change, improve, or be removed.
- We may suspend or restrict access if needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or legal reasons.
- We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BANKTRUST will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.
